COMPOUNDING POLICY

When you request a prescription from us, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. In order to be respectful of others, payment must be collected before work commences. Time and care goes into compounding every prescription and for that reason, we charge your credit card for the medication before compounding starts. Prescriptions that are not picked up at the pharmacy will be shipped to the address on file and the appropriate shipping fee(s) will be applied.
