Dr. Ashish Patel
Managing Partner and Pharmacist
Ashish attributes his passion for compounding to the rigorous curriculum at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where he graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in 2013. Ashish brings nearly a decade of compounding expertise to Epiphany. For the past 10 years Ashish has focused on specializing in compounding and pharmaceutical care, specifically, hormone replacement therapy. He was integral to the growth and design of several compounding and specialty pharmacies throughout the valley. Ashish regularly attends continuing education seminars and is considered an expert in the industry where he regularly consults with doctors and their staff to keep them up to date on the latest compounding trends. Ashish enjoys cooking, playing tennis, and piano in his free time (when he is not chasing around his newborn son). (Yes, Anish is his brother).
Dr. Chau Ma
Managing Partner and Pharmacist
Chau graduated at the top of her class with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2007. She brings over 15 years of diverse experience to Epiphany in a variety of pharmacy settings. She led one of the fastest growing CVS pharmacy's in Arizona, and has experience in pharmacy benefits management, long term care, compounding and operations. Chau has spent the last 7 years expanding her expertise in human and veterinary compounding with a strong focus on women's and geriatric health. Chau works closely with patients and doctors providing valuable insights into designing custom products and solutions that work for an individuals unique needs. On her days off she loves to explore and take quick weekend trips or can be found throwing a ball with her insanely adorable Shih Tzu, Moose.
Dr. Anish Patel
Managing Partner and Pharmacist
Anish earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University in 2012. He has a decade of experience working and managing in a variety of pharmacy settings which include, retail, long-term care, and hospital pharmacy. Anish led the pharmacy at Olean General Hospital in New York, as the pharmacist in charge where he advocated for a personal health care approach in a small community. He is ecstatic about implementing that personalized approach at Epiphany. At Olean, he was regularly asked to provide his expertise to doctors and nurses while rounding floors with them. Anish's experience in managing the sterile compounding lab at Olean is invaluable to Epiphany. He was also responsible for the financial decisions of the pharmacy. Anish is an avid hobbyist photographer. (Yes, Ashish is his brother).
